Meet The Board

Lisa Grunow, President, Treasurer

Lisa and her husband purchased a condo and dock at Bimini Bay as a little getaway over 13 years ago. In September of 2022, we purchased a home on the ocean. Little did we know that the lifelong friendships to be made in Bimini would be such an important part of our lives.

Her background includes a thirty-five-year career in real estate in Texas and Florida. Putting her knowledge to good use, she saw an opportunity to help her "Happy Place"!

Terri DeGross, Vice President/ Secretary

Terri and her husband John have been a huge contributor with their resources to distributors for construction needs in Bimini. While visiting the island you are sure to see Terri influencing others to check out the site and the things we are trying to accomplish.

Teresa Vanderhoeven, Board Member

Teresa, former Vice President now Board Member decided to make a change to Island living and purchased a home in February 2022. She enjoys teaching the kids.
Her background includes 25 years of Marketing Management and Volunteering. After meeting some wonderful homeowners, we decided to set up the Bimini Community Foundation to help our beautiful community grow and thrive to be alive again for the future of all Bimininites.
